What is CBD Oil?


CBD – Short for Cannabidiol is one of whats thought to be around 114 cannabinoids that are found in Cannabis. It is frequently used in many places round the world for its alleged wellness properties. CBD is extracted and often mixed with a carrier oil for oral consumption… making CBD oil.


This differs from THC – Tetrahydrocannabinol which is the compound in cannabis that will have an effect on your state of mind. Legal requirements state that there cannot be more than 1mg of THC per container of CBD product.

Provided all legal requirements are met by manufacturers, it will be safe to take CBD oil and drive afterwards. What are the side effects of CBD oil?


While it is received well, very occasionally there are some mild side effects of CBD oil. One in particular is sleepiness / drowsiness which for some can be the intended effect, however, naturally not before one gets behind the wheel. We always recommend you try your CBD products in a comfortable setting and in smaller doses in order to assess how you might react to CBD beforehand. CBD and driving will 99% of the time be okay, but we urge caution to users just in case before driving


Legality of CBD oil?


Yes, CBD oil in itself is legal through most of the UK and Europe and in many parts of the world. Though there are also many places it is illegal simply by association with marijuana, viewed as the street drug used for a kick. Ensure when you buy your products that you buy them from a trusted source with 3rd party lab reports and a transparent manufacturing process and supply chain.
